CORN FLOUR
The corn flour is produced from corn with no genetic modification, carefully selected, with modern technology which involves degermination.


It is used as raw material for:

    • beer

    • snacks

    • home use

Quality coefficients:

   1. Organoleptic
          • color: yellowish
          • taste: specific, slightly sweet
          • smell: specific, no extraneous odors

   2. Humidity: 13 - 15%


   3. Fats: max. 1,1 %

   4. Corn starch: max. 30 %

   5. Granulation: 0,350 - 1,200 mm

   6. Infestation: inexistent
